This high quality Medicine Buddha Incense has been composed according to an ancient Tibetan Medicine Incense making process by using only natural herbs, minerals, holy water and holy soil. This incense is highly beneficial to all human beings and the incense can be used as offering to all types of pooja (prayer). It helps to bring good luck, happiness and prosperity. It is pure incense, there is no stick, so it’s best to burn laid in a bed of sand or it can be pushed into the soil of a plant.

As with all incense it should not be lit or left near anything flammable and should be used in a ventilated space.

Traditionally, Dharma items are used in Tibetan Buddhist rituals and for decorating and blessing temples, monasteries, and homes. The incense, statues & prayer wheels have been adopted in the West for use in ritual, meditation and healing. Prayer flags, blockprinted with Tibetan prayers of compassion, are hung outside to benefit all sentient beings.


The Drepung Loseling monks are a group of refugees who started a small business venture in Kathmandu to help sustain their monastery in exile in Southern India. With a long standing commitment to supporting Tibetan refugees, Ganesh Himal partnered with this group in the 1990s to develop a variety of products like zafu pillows. The monks work directly with Ganesh Himal to set the prices. All income from their products goes to their monastery and supports their community in exile.
