The bag is 12"wide, 14.5"tall. Two 18 inch cotton straps are strongly secured and perfect for shoulder or hand carry. Send us your logo in jpeg format and we'll do the rest. Also available without printing for those who want to do it themselves! Estimated Prices: Price for white cotton & one color of ink is $4.60/bag. For two colors of ink the price range is $5.50-6.75/bag (depending on complexity of design). The Association for Craft Producers (ACP) is a fair trade organization that provides design, marketing, management, and technical services to low income, predominantly women, Nepalese craft producers. Meera Bhatterai founded ACP in 1984, with a vision to pay women directly, teach them how to price their work so as not to be exploited in the market, and ultimately to give women a greater voice. Today, because of ACP, nearly 1000 women from 15 districts in Nepal have the opportunity to become more financially independent, and have gained more credibility in their communities through the production of their crafts. Why Choose our Fair Trade Wholesale Bags from Nepal?

Ganesh Himal Trading wholesale fair trade bags are a perfect combination of style and function. Since 1984, we have worked with producers in Nepal to create useful everyday bags using traditional styles, skills, and materials. It is our philosophy that it “takes a village” to create a good bag and we do this by incorporating the needs of our customers with contemporary design. We use a variety of sustainable materials for these products including cotton, wool, recycled silk, recycled tires, hemp, and recycled scraps.

Our recycled silk sari bags are made from recycled scraps of silk saris that have been spun into a soft and colorful yarn. These accessories are some of Ganesh Himal’s most popular products. Our hemp bags are made from wild hemp that is sustainably harvested in western Nepal, and most of our cotton bags are made with hand-loomed fabric decorated with block-printing, combined with hemp swatches or detailed with other colorful cotton weaves. Custom tote-bags using your logo are also possible, we’ve done special orders for stores, organizations, co-ops, etc. We have created many unique small bags using the colorful recycled scraps of hand woven and block printed fabric left over from making our clothing or larger bags. These bits and pieces would otherwise be wasted and thrown away. Our brightly colored hand felted wool shoulder bags and coin purses are handmade by producers we have been working with for over 40 years. There are many fun and functional designs and all are a big hit!
